I partnered with a PM and researcher to visualize – in high fidelity – how Asana should evolve and prioritize initiatives across the company to support these jobs.

Riders were unable to easily provide the feedback they wanted without manual entry or costly support flows. I led design to refresh the feedback experience (known as "Rate & Pay") to collect more actionable feedback, especially around health and safety during the height of the pandemic.
